The ombudsman of Tamedia AG
The ombudsman of Tamedia is to be addressed with all complaints with regard to editorial content and advertising in the publications within the German speaking part of Switzerland as well as in 20 minutes and 20 minuti. Everyone is entitled to complain about an article, program or advertisment. Complaints can be posted either in writing or by e-mail. All comments are treated confidentially and will be answered within 60 days. The ombudsman is a fully independent individual who ist not bound by the instructions of Tamedia AG.
