Personal development requires personal willingness. Employees are responsible themselves for their own further development. Their superiors provide advice and support for this. Personnel development is a management task of primary importance, which requires corresponding further training and continuing education. We promote teams and junior staff.
Technical and management careers are valued equally. All employees know their individual goals and know how they are evaluated by their superiors. Agreements on objectives and discussions about evaluated performance are held at least once per year.
Equal treatment
Sex, age, origin, position and level of employment do not influence esteem. With the goal of equality, we especially try to promote opportunities for women. We also want to change traditional role behavior and specifically increase the share of women in management.
Working environment
We promote pay dependent on success and performance.
We are open to modern employment forms if they serve to achieve corporate objectives.

We consciously try to fill open positions with our own employees. New employees must meet our high demands.

We measure the quality of personnel and management tasks and the success of the implementation of our personnel policy as well as of the integrated personnel management.
Innovation
Change is a prerequisite for every development. Consequently, we want to increase the willingness and readiness to change in our complete company and in all employees. We consider mistakes as chances to learn something too.
Implementation
The implementation of this personnel policy is the responsibility of all members of management and all employees. A staff of competent and service-oriented personnel specialists provides support to accomplish this.
