Management Principles
Our conceptions about leadership of people

Manage with goals
My employees know their goals. To make it possible for them to achieve them, I give them responsibility and room for action. I trust their abilities and support them. This creates leeway for acting and making decisions.

The team creates success
As a superior, I am part of a team, which I involve in decision-making without relinquishing my responsibility as leader. I respect each individual team member as an individual, who can contribute his or her personal strengths. I stand behind my employees to others outside, even if I need to criticize them internally. Mistakes represent a chance to learn something.

Speak and act honestly
I say what I think, and I do what I say. I create trust with openness and honesty. I provide my employees with information that they require immediately and completely.

Promote personal development
As a superior, I know the potential of my individual employees in order to make demands on them and promote them and make corresponding further training and continuing education opportunities available to them. This presupposes that my own development is just as important.

Change creates challenges
The creativity of my employees makes innovations and changes possible. These can be a nuisance, but they help us to make progress. I do not direct my energy at a problem or the "guilty party" but instead to the solution of the problem.

Leadership is demanding and fun
I can only lead successfully if I enjoy it, am glad to accept responsibility and have the courage to make decisions. I create leeway for myself by delegating responsibility and consequently have time for my management task.

There is no recipe for successful management
Successful management is not based on a recipe, but instead depends on my own personality. I act in accordance with my understanding, feelings and intuition and adapt my management style to people and the situation.
