The SWISS Media Award 2011 honours, amongst others, Frank Heer, reporter at Annabelle, for the best article in the Travel category. «Schneerausch» («Snow intoxication») is the title of the enthralling story with which Frank Heer confinced the jury, due to the genuine and eloquent way of writing. According to the jury’s appreciation, the author takes the readers along on his voyage, stirring feelings as if they were part of that «snow intoxication» travel experience, accompanied by humorous quotes and creative side stories. An extraordinary and exceptional award for coming in second within the Travel category was rewarded this year to Annabelle journalist Stefanie Rigutto. The jury states that she presented a piece of art with her article about Buenos Aires. «¡Un beso, Baires!» is he title of this city portrait which is honoured as an outstanding journalistic work at its best.
