The Espace Media Division includes the daily newspapers Berner Zeitung BZ, Der Bund, the shareholdings in the daily newspapers Berner Oberländer and Thuner Tagblatt, TeleBärn, Radio Capital FM as well as the weekly and free gazettes Bantiger Post, Bernerbär, BümplizWoche, Anzeiger von Kerzers, Der Murtenbieter and Solothurner Woche. Participating shares in the agriculture publications Schweizer Bauer and Der Landfreund as well as the online platform schweizerbauer.ch are also assigned to the Espace Media Berne Division.

The Media Zurich & Northeastern Switzerland Division includes the newspaper Tages-Anzeiger, Huber & Co. AG, with the Thurgauer Zeitung and the Regional Zeitung Hinterthurgau, the town magazine Züritipp, the new online news network, Tagblatt der Stadt Zürich, as well as TeleZüri and Radio 24.

The Media Switzerland Division includes SonntagsZeitung, the media network 20 Minuten, Das Magazin, Annabelle, Automobil Revue, Revue Automobile, the business newspaper Finanz und Wirtschaft, Schweizer Familie, TV täglich, the job market activities Alpha, Stellen-Anzeiger, alpha.ch and jobwinner.ch, the search and service portal search.ch, the classified ad platform piazza.ch as well as tilllate.com. The Media Switzerland Division is also responsible for the miscellaneous shareholdings in homegate.ch and the commuter newspaper L’Essentiel in Luxembourg.

The Publishing Services Division includes the newspaper printing facilities of Tamedia in Zurich and Espace Media in Bern, the Production and AD Services of Tamedia and Espace Media, the Call Centers as well as the publishing logistics.

The Finances Division includes the financial accounting department, central controlling, corporate finances, information technology, the Legal Service Department, Facility Management, the Infrastructure & Security Department, as well as the staff restaurants.
