The Schweizer Bauer helps farmers to reach decisions about their farming operations by providing them with the very latest information. Twice each week, the Schweizer Bauer reports on agricultural policy, market prices, plant protection, animal breeding, events and the weather. The Schweizer Bauer was established in 1846 and is published jointly with the Economic and Public Welfare Society of the canton of Berne.
