Newsnetz is the joint online news platform of the three daily newspapers Basler Zeitung, Berner Zeitung, Tages-Anzeiger and Thurgauer Zeitung. The editorial office in Zurich reports about every topic, that moves Switzerland and the world – competently, fast and on a daily basis live during 18 hours. Blogs and podcasts as well as commentary functions round up the offer. The regional stories in politics, economy, sports and society are covered by regional editorial staff based in Basel, Bern and Zurich.
Newsnetz is part of the Media Zurich & Northeastern Switzerland Division, the responsibility for bernerzeitung.ch and derbund.ch is with the Espace Media Division.
