Ombudsman
The Tamedia ombudsman deals with any complaints with regard to editorial content and advertising in the publications within the German speaking part of Switzerland as well as in 20 minutes and 20 minuti. A complaint about an article, programme or advertisement may be made by anyone. Complaints can be submitted either in writing or by e-mail. All correspondence is treated confidentially and will be answered within 60 days.
The ombudsman is an independent individual who is not bound by any instruction from Tamedia AG.
